Way before I started sign painting for work, I bought tshirts off other sign painters. I loved how they used their hand painted lettering for the graphics. I felt special wearing them, like I knew about this club; this world of people who did stuff the romantic way.

For me printing tshirts felt like such a big commitment. Creating a graphic I'd be okay "mass" producing. Like a tattoo it felt permanent. Once I pay the fee to the printers, I couldn't change my mind. It's scary to commit.

This year I've been trying to be more brave and take these leaps. To not over thinking it and just paint a graphic that felt right.

This is my shop tee. Reminscent of an era where it felt okay to have your phone number on a tshirt so potential customers could call you to do some work for them.

I'm also a fan of indigo dyed stuff and although this tshirt isn't indigo dyed, I chose this blue which is similar ish.

Anyway, that's some thought behind this tee.
